    Many couples seek therapy when they notice recurring conflicts, distance in the relationship, or difficulties balancing personal and shared needs. Others use couples therapy proactively, to strengthen their bond and learn tools for navigating life changes together.

    My approach combines cognitive-behavioural methods, schema therapy principles, and coaching techniques, offering practical strategies to:

    Unlike individual therapy, groups offer the opportunity to share experiences and learn from different perspectives. Many participants find that this sense of connection helps them normalize challenges, feel supported, and practice new skills in real time.
