Workshop Facilitation for Teams & Organizations

I offer on-request workshop facilitation for teams and organizations who want to work better together—more trust, more clarity, and more momentum.

My background sits at the intersection of Organizational Development, People & Operations, and psychology. That means I’m equally comfortable designing a structured session that produces real outcomes, and holding the human dynamics in the room with care—so people can speak honestly, listen better, and move forward together.

Topics I facilitate (examples)

  • Building resilience (individual + team resilience, energy management, coping strategies in high pressure environments)

  • Psychological safety (how to create an environment where people can speak up, disagree, and learn)

  • Trust & collaboration (repairing friction, strengthening team norms, ownership and accountability)

  • Communication skills (clear feedback, difficult conversations, conflict navigation, meeting hygiene)

  • Team alignment & ways of working (roles, decision rules, working agreements, prioritization)

  • Organizational development themes (change, leadership behaviors, culture, cross-team collaboration)

If you have a specific challenge, I can tailor a workshop around it.

My facilitation style

My approach is highly interactive and grounded in adult learning principles: people learn best by doing, reflecting, and applying. I draw from:

  • Liberating Structures (to involve everyone, not just the loudest voices)

  • The Art of Gathering (to create purpose, belonging, and strong session “arc”)

  • Gamestorming (to make complex topics visible and workable)

  • Agile coaching practices (iteration, experimentation, and practical follow-through)

  • Leading from the Back of the Room (learner-centered design, not “lecture mode”)

What you can expect

  • A clear session goal and outcomes (not a “nice talk,” but real progress)

  • A psychologically safe structure that supports honest conversation

  • Inclusive participation—so every voice is heard

  • Concrete outputs (decisions, actions, agreements, next steps)

  • A short summary after the session (optional), so insights don’t disappear

Formats

  • 60–90 min workshops (focused topic)

  • Half-day / full-day workshops (alignment, strategy, team reset)

  • Multi-part series (skill-building + habit change over time)

  • Online, onsite, or hybrid

Let’s work together

If you tell me your context, I’ll suggest a session design and format that fits your goal, team size, and timing.
